Booking a hotel in London for clients is often a task for those doing office support jobs in London. In our experience as a PA recruitment agency in London, we know that the clients involved in such bookings are often the most important. The pressure is on to get it right. So whether it’s part of your task in PA jobs in London, or simply has fallen to you, here are our recommendations for the best hotels in London to book for clients.

The Curtain

The Curtain is in Shoreditch. It doubles as a members club and therefore has that luxury and feel. It’s got quite an edgy feel to it, with exposed brickwork and warehouse touches. There’s even an in-house tattoo studio. What’s great about booking here is that it is different from the usual options. It also has the ‘Design Studio’ inside which is a co-working space. Those staying in the hotel can make use of the facilities, which include a private boardroom. Therefore, if your executive would like to meet the client away from the office but still have all the tech and office feel, then you’ve got this as an option.

Kimpton Fitzroy

In Bloomsbury you can find the Kimpton Fitzroy. This is an incredibly indulgent hotel which showcases London’s luxury in opulent style. The amenities put this hotel in to a class of its own. There are in-room massages and a 24/7 concierge. Nothing is too much trouble here and you can be sure that your client will be well looked after.

The Berkeley

Well known for its 5-star service, The Berkeley will tick all the boxes in terms of a client’s expectations. In the heart of Belgravia, your client will be centrally located. Perhaps this is one which will go down particularly well with fashion-orientated clients. The afternoon tea here is themed around a couture catwalk! The treats on offer are simply delectable in taste and style, include a Jacquemus miniature handbag.

Corinthia Hotel

If your client has travelled a long way, and will be in need of some R&R, then the Corinthia Hotel is a good choice. The accommodation is high-class with features such as in-room Nespresso coffee machines and marble bathrooms. But you’ve also got a world-class spa on site with indoor pool, ice fountain, steam rooms and a whole range of treatment rooms. The Corinthia is also just a stone’s throw from Trafalgar Square. If you want to really dazzle a top client then book them in to the penthouse or one of the luxurious suites, complete with 24-hour butler service.

The Goring Hotel

Another wonderful hotel in Belgravia is The Goring Hotel. Handy if your executive is meeting clients in Westminster. It’s the staff that really stand out at The Goring. This is the last remaining family-owned luxury hotel in London and it’s this which shows in the attentiveness of the staff. Of course, all the amenities you would expect are available too.

Grosvenor House, Marriott Hotel

It’s not unusual for clients to request a Marriott hotel booking, not least because of their loyalty programme. At the top end of luxury, Marriott-style, is Grosvenor House on the infamous Park Lane. This is a 5-star hotel in the heart of Mayfair. Every touch is measured in terms of luxury and your client’s can be sure of a great night’s sleep here.

Make the booking

When you’re doing PA jobs in London you’ll no doubt have your favourite hotels to choose from. However, these London hotels will ensure that your client feels thoroughly appreciated and valued from the very beginning of their stay.
