I registered with your company over 5 years ago. During that time I've worked in a lot of places, had a lot of repeat bookings, and I have a great rapport with Ciara who trusts me to always do a great job wherever I am sent. At the start of the year I was busy, settled in a long term temp role, and happy.

During the summer, like everyone, I lost a lot.

Ciara helped me to find work. She then put me on furlough. She updated me constantly and kept my morale high during some of my darkest moments. As soon as things picked up she was back on the phone to me, pushing more work my way, making me laugh and keeping me positive during what must have also been an awful time for her too.

I know you will already know how special she is, but I just wanted to tell you, from a candidate's perspective, she's gone above and beyond this year to stop me from sinking both financially and emotionally.
