After a week, I've got a permanent position within my dream industry!!!

I signed up to LoveSuccess with no expectations - my experience with recruitment agencies up to that point had been awful. But from the moment I walked through the door and met the amazing Pammy on Reception, I knew this would be different. The process is so quick and easy to do, no long forms or vigorous interviewing. I met with Jane who is a ray of sunshine; my confidence was pretty rock bottom after 4 months being unemployed, but Jane gave me a much-needed boost and promised me she would place me in a role. I met with lots of other consultants too, each one just as friendly and bubbly as the last. Sooo different to anywhere else I'd been. They know their stuff, they have big clients in a diverse range of industries and there are loads of opportunities.

Not once did I feel pressured or pushed towards roles I wasn't interested in like other agencies do, they actually LISTENED to my aspirations and delivered on them... One week later, I have a permanent job in an industry I never thought I'd have the chance to get into. My only regret is that I didn't sign up to LoveSuccess before this point, so if you're reading this, go for it! They really go above and beyond, even letting me leave some luggage in their office whilst I went to an interview (thanks Pammy!). I felt like I had the best support network behind me in LoveSuccess and they championed me all the way. They are miles ahead of their competition. In some ways, I wish I didn't have a job so I could continue working with these lovely people haha. Thank you, LoveSuccess and in particular, Jane, for delivering on your promise :)

Love Success is such a great recruitment agency - they have lots of work coming through and all of the consultants are really lovely.
