Love Success partnered with a national organisation delivering visa processing services across the UK. As part of a wider global operation, the organisation supports applicants throughout every stage of the visa application process and operates within strict government compliance frameworks.
Over a 14-month period, the client required 90 temporary workers and entrusted Love Success exclusively with managing the entire recruitment process. The challenge involved sourcing high-quality temporary staff across 13 locations, including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Belfast, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Cardiff and London.
Each role required individuals with exceptional attention to detail, professionalism and customer service skills, alongside the ability to navigate complex immigration processes. The onboarding process was equally demanding, with all temporary workers required to complete DBS screening, followed by additional security and compliance checks once onsite.
