Temporary Workplace Experience Coordinator

£14.40 - £19.20 per hour

City-based

Flexible working hours but office-based Monday to Friday

As a Temporary Workplace Experience Coordinator, you'll ensure the safety, functionality, and positive atmosphere of our client's office. From daily operations to fostering an inclusive culture, you'll play a vital role in supporting the workplace experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support ad hoc requests and manage the food and drink programme
  • Maintain office equipment and perform daily walkarounds
  • Assist with workplace onboarding sessions and plan office-wide events
  • Coordinate visitor management and proactively improve workplace experience
  • Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 2-3 years of office management experience
  • Strong attention to detail and tech-savviness
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively
