Our client, a leading investment bank renowned for their commitment to excellence and innovative approach to finance, is seeking a temporary receptionist to join their dynamic team for three months.

As a temporary receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors. This is a standalone role where you will manage all aspects of the reception desk with a focus on professionalism, efficiency, and exceptional customer service.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a courteous and professional demeanor
  • Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Schedule and manage meeting room bookings
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Assist with ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role within the financial services industry is essential
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
