One of my esteemed clients is looking for a temporary HR Officer to join their busy HR team, this is a fantastic role.
You will be assisting the team with recruitment and HR duties assisting in managing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage day-to-day employee relations, including formal processes and support
- Offer HR advisory services to ensure best practice in staff management
- Assist in compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Contribute to employee well-being initiatives and projects
- Recommend approaches for continual improvement in business objectives
- Aid in payroll, employee life cycle, and recruitment support
- Develop and implement HR policies and promote diversity and inclusion
- Assist with ad hoc HR projects as needed
Experience:
- 4+ years in similar HR roles
- Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
- Proficiency in analysing, interpreting, and explaining employment law
- Proven track record in managing employee relations
- Effective planning and organisation abilities
- Excellent communication and mediation skills
- Experience in payroll management
- Resilient and adept in fast-paced environments
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in IT and HR systems, with database knowledge
- Preferred experience in recruitment and selection
