Various Temporary Administration roles based in Tolworth.
£13 per hour / full-time - 1-6 months
Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
Fully office-based.
Our long-standing retail clients are looking for various Temporary administrators to join their team in the Head Office.
Key responsibilities will include but not be restricted to:
- Excel reporting, Word letter writing, Outlook emails
- Payroll experience is ideal but not compulsory
- Demonstrable ability to work independently.
- Administrative skills
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service
- Ability to show initiative, multitask, problem-solve and meet tight deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and work effectively and confidentially across teams and with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.
- A flexible, hands-on approach to work and a strong team player.
The roles will be for a couple of months and the hourly pay rate will be dependent on experience.
