Outstanding results - Would highly recommend

We were experiencing difficulty in recruiting high calibre staff through the incumbent supplier for a forthcoming, specialist project. Being at the point where we were unlikely to meet our agreed client demands, we had to move quickly to deliver our promises. Jane Atherton approached us and from day one she impressed us in her handling of our exceptional challenge. Jane became fully immersed in our requirements from the beginning. She clarified our requirements, enlisted appropriate support and even involved herself in the selection process. The approach was entrepreneurial, dynamic, and demonstrated an ‘out of the box' approach that was, sadly, lacking in our existing supplier.

Within 5 weeks of meeting with Jane and discussing our challenge, she had provided us with 45 multilingual staff of excellent calibre, which meant we were able to meet the expectations of our client. Initially sceptical of her ability to deliver our staffing requirement remotely, I have been convinced through her achievements that the perceived obstacle of not having a local office is mythical. Her selection process of telephone interviews, pre-screening, short listing and face-to-face interviews resulted in between 97% - 100% fill rates within all projects. Staff provided is of a high calibre and we are enjoying high staff retention.

Another quality is her cultural approach - that of openness and honesty, speed in decision making and empowering of their team. Overall the experience has been a positive one and I would have no hesitation in recommending her to any potential client.
