Greatest confidence in Jo...

I needed to put together a top class group of people to supply the customer services function for a totally new administration/contact centre in a new UK Life Assurance business. Jo Higgins worked to a tight brief, understood what was important to me and offered a terrific selection of candidates from whom I could choose. Could I have done the recruitment without Jo? Quite possibly, but such was the confidence I had in Jo that I was able to concentrate on other aspects of the project and deliver on time, budget and to the right quality level. I like doing that... and I like the support I got from Jo !
