LOVE SUCCESS PLC ARE SHORTLISTED FOR THE RECRUITERS ‘Investing in Talent Awards 2014' FOR THE MOST EFFECTIVE FLEXIBLE WORKING STRATEGY  

Love Success is one of four agencies to be nominated for the ‘Most Effective Flexible Working Strategy' award to be announced at The Recruiter's Awards lunch ceremony on Wednesday 22nd October 2014 at the Congress Centre, London.

Since beginning trading four years ago, the Love Success Managing Directors, Jane Atherton and Julia Vassie have implemented an excellent flexible working strategy as an integral part of their overall business strategy. Love Success commits to creating work environments that are rewarding for their employees and in turn offer a strategy that allows the entire staff body to work flexibly at their request.

One third of the permanent staff work now flexible hours and of these: Six members of staff are working parents who work flexible hours and one member of staff works flexibly due to acting commitments. Flexible working is uncommon in the recruitment industry due to it's fast pace and competitive nature and Love Success' flexible working strategy has allowed the business to attract employees that would not usually be able to work within the recruitment industry.

Love Success believe their Flexible working strategy to be a vital component of an exceptional company culture and are thrilled to have been shortlisted for this award.
