Word and Excel Mail Merger

£16 per hour - £18 per hour

8 - 10 weeks

Our client, a global and leading bank, is looking for a Mail Chimp Coordinator to support them for 8-10 weeks. It will consist of usual mail merging skills, but also with an element of document composition and troubleshooting and corruption fixing as well.


  • Document composition and mail merge.
  • Ability to merge several complex documents into several templates while retaining individual formatting and outline numbering.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word to run complex mail merging with varying data requirements.
  • Understanding of data layout requirements and limitations in excel with relation to mail merging in Excel and ability to problem solve issues with document corruption.
  • Ability to understand and adhere to strict Risk and Compliance processes and procedures.
  • Document management.

You must be advanced in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe PDF Professional. You will be highly organised with an eye for detail and accuracy, with the ability to report on progress regularly. This is a temporary position so please only apply if you are immediately available.
