Our client, a call centre operating on behalf of a number of clients is looking for someone with Customer Service experience and trilingual in Portuguese, Spanish and English.
You will have worked in high pressure situations with an empathetic approach as some conversations will be difficult and require a mature approach.
This company is highly service orientated and requires resilient staff. They require face-to-face or telephone experience and you will need to be confident enough to manage demanding conversations about product issues. Mature mindset and approach is a must.
- This role is Trilingual
- £11.50 per hour
- Monday to Sunday role with weekends required but not every weekend
- Hours typically 7am-4pm or 8am-5pm
- Training possibly in the office and work from home thereafter for foreseeable future
This is a temporary role for 12 weeks and will move on to a temporary contract directly with our client thereafter.
