Our client, a leading investment management team in a global real estate firm, are looking for a Team Assistant to join their team in Central London on a temporary ongoing basis.
Supporting the UK Investment & Legal Teams and Senior Members, you will primarily be arranging meetings and travel arrangements.
Other additional duties will, however, be required such as forward planning/diary management, handling expense claims, typing, proofing, formatting and collating corporate presentations, coordinating board meetings and minute taking, handling all correspondence, preparing meeting facilities and catering, organising events and team outings, maintaining company documents/templates, and providing cover during the absence of other secretarial staff.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, good communication and organisational skills, attention to detail, and intermediate IT skills.
