Our client, a fast growing interior / exterior design company based in central London, are looking for a super organised temporary team administrator to provide support to the various project teams. This role is not for the faint-hearted, as you will need to thrive in a fast-paced environment to survive, enjoy a varied role, and enjoy being the lynchpin of the office and project teams.
We are keen to speak to candidates with at least 2 years' team support experience in an equally fast-paced environment, where you can demonstrate your ability to support a large team of demanding and different personalities on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will need to be able to work calmly under pressure, work autonomously to mange their own workload, and display great communication skills and a positive attitude.
The role will include:
- Providing firm-wide administrative support
- Document production
- Meeting room management, along with any IT requirements
- Reception duties
- Diary management
- Database management
- Expenses and petty cash
- Facilities and supplies
- Management of file sharing sites
- Coordinating events
