Wow - what a fabulous temporary opportunity we have for a leading cosmetics brand! This role requires an immediate start and will run for around 4/5 weeks.

We are looking for someone exceptional, who naturally goes above and beyond, with resilience and enthusiasm. You will work well in a fast paced environment and pride yourself on always staying 10 steps ahead.

With the title of Recruitment Coordinator you'll be smart, passionate and organised. For this short, sharp opportunity you will support 4 Recruitment Partners by scheduling interviews across all business areas. Interviews may encompass complex arrangement due to the number of people involved across various diaries and level of role. Volume of scheduling interviews will vary from 10 to 30 on a daily basis.

The client is extremely enthusiastic about delivering a truly exceptional candidate experience and you'll be instrumental in guarantying this through your seamless coordination. You will ensure an enjoyable, efficient and effective recruitment experience for all candidates and internal stakeholders.

Key skills for this role will be the capability of aligning all diaries and people, sending accurate and detailed confirmations, being patient with regards to receiving accurate availability and pushing back to gain all information when necessary.

Recruitment coordination/administration experience would be extremely advantageous as would exposure in scheduling and/or PA roles where the management of multiple diaries has been key.
