We are looking to recruit an immediately available Recruitment Coordinator for a not for profit client within the health sector to join their Team on a 5 month basis.
As Recruitment Coordinator, you will support a Recruitment Business Partner and the wider Team, and be responsible for tasks/requests linked to Hiring Managers and Recruiters as well as maintaining recruitment systems and processes to enable effective and good practice resourcing.
This role exists to support the charity with a high volume of recruitment following an organisation-wide restructure
This role will be very much administration focussed as you will be involved in the scheduling of interviews, tracking spreadsheets, booking meetings and responding accurately and effectively to candidates, the Recruitment Team and internal Stakeholders.
Previous experience within recruitment/HR would be extremely advantageous, especially within a fast paced environment. Exposure to booking interviews/scheduling meetings and an understanding of recruitment processes and best practice would also be extremely positive.
