Job Description

Our client, a media-based company in the West End, is seeking a temporary Receptionist/Office Coordinator for a period of three months.

This role is to start ASAP, paying between £12 - £14 per hour.

Duties include:

  • Administrative support, including ordering stationery, distributing post, organising couriers / taxis, etc.
  • Reception: setting up meeting rooms (diary management).
  • Telephone management: taking calls, following up, and/or taking messages.
  • Meeting and greeting external visitors.
  • Organising lunches and refreshments, managing beverage stock, ensuring fridges are clean, etc.
  • Binding documents for presentations/external meetings.
  • Photocopying and printing documents.
  • Filing and archiving financial documents.
  • Ensuring a clean and operable environment in office.
