Our client, a Private Equity firm based in the City, are seeking a temporary Receptionist/Office Coordinator for a period of three months.
This role is to start ASAP, paying between £10 - £13 per hour.
- Administrative support, including ordering stationery, distributing post, organising couriers / taxis, etc.
- Reception: setting up meeting rooms (diary management).
- Telephone management: taking calls, follow up and/or taking messages.
- Meeting and greeting external visitors.
- Organising lunches and refreshments, managing beverage stock, ensuring fridges are clean, etc.
- Binding documents for presentations/external meetings.
- Photocopying and printing documents.
- Filing and archiving financial documents.
- Ensuring a clean and operable environment in office.
