Temporary Reception/ Administrator
£10 - £13 per hour
Our client, a fabulous professional services based in Central London, is seeking a new receptionist/ administrator to join the team at their prestigious office. This role is ideal for an enthusiastic, friendly, well-presented, and articulate candidate with some client-facing experience who wants to learn and can bring a positive attitude and hard work ethic to the role.
The role will require meeting and greeting all clients as they enter this busy office, ensuring that you provide exceptional levels of customer service. The role will also see you organising the numerous meeting rooms, and assisting with post, stationery, couriers and other administrative duties to help the office manager.
This is a temporary role so you must be available immediately and have some previous reception/ administration experience. Please can you send your CV in the first instance.
