Our client is looking for an experienced Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. Your duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Booking meeting rooms
- Making travel arrangements
- Keeping reception and meeting rooms tidy
- Answering and directing phone calls as necessary
- Looking after catering and equipment needs
- Logging maintenance calls
- Facilitating taxi, cleaning, catering, plants and flowers
- Invoicing and accounts
- General administrative duties.
The ideal candidate will have computerised switchboard/reception experience in a demanding environment, basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, strong customer service skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and can work under pressure.
