Our client, an established serviced office company, is seeking a part-time Receptionist to join them in their Vauxhall Office (10-min walk from the station) from 10am until 2pm Monday to Friday.
This is a temp ongoing role (potential temp to perm) to start immediately.
Main duties include:
- Meeting and greeting.
- Handling the main switchboard - screening and transferring calls, taking messages.
- Efficiently answering enquiries in person, by phone, and email.
- Managing meeting room bookings.
- Ensuring all guest areas and facilities are tidy and presentable throughout the day.
- Ordering catering and refreshments for meetings and events.
- Coordinating the arrival of visitors within the building's reception.
