Job Description

Our client, a Global Management Consultancy is looking for a Project Management

  • 40 hours/week
  • Europe-based (France ideal but not required)


  • Seasoned marketer with big picture mindset and exceptional project management skills
  • Strong senior stakeholder management and executive level communication skills
  • Proven collaborator in highly matrixed environments
  • Event experience - virtual and in-person
  • Writing; editing skills (event invitations, agendas, reg pages, post-event key take-aways)
  • Go-getter personality with strong bias for action
  • Self-motivated with keen sense of accountability
  • Audience acquisition - end-to-end process management:
    • Nominations and invitee list curation
    • Client account lead and primary client relationship owner engagement
    • Creation of invitation materials
    • Send invites (collaborate w/ EVENTS team)
    • Monitor registrations (collaborate w/ EVENTS team)
    • Respond to client account team queries
    • Engage CALs as needed to ensure client invitation follow-up (collaborate w/ BEST team)
  • Other project management duties:
    • Manage event logistics, scheduling of dates, technical setup, session materials, speaker coordination, dry-runs (collaborate w/ EVENTS team)
    • In-person events: Manage venue, catering, accommodations
    • Work with the internal communications team to orchestrate optimal cadence of communications to appropriate stakeholders throughout the program
    • Liaise with social media team to ensure maximum event exposure via channels
    • Manage development of creative and digital assets (emails, e-banners, web banners, social tiles)
    • Manage setup and maintenance of community platform
    • Track status, results, regularly provide updates and reports
    • Manage capture, packaging, distribution of post-session takeaways
    • Run post-session debriefs, pass along any client insights to the appropriate ALs/account teams
    • Manage vendors and budget
