Love Success is delighted to be working exclusively with a Private Equity firm in the West End of London who are looking to recruit a professional Receptionist to provide temporary cover for a 2-month period.
Your key duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Booking meeting rooms
- Making travel arrangements
- Keeping reception and meeting rooms tidy
- Answering and directing phone calls as necessary
- Looking after catering and equipment needs
- Logging maintenance calls
- Facilitating taxi, cleaning, catering, plants, and flowers
- Invoicing and accounts
- General administrative duties.
You will be required to work flexible hours, covering two shift patterns: 8am-4pm and 11am-7pm on a rota basis.
The ideal candidate will come from a Private Equity/Financial Services background with corporate reception exposure. An early career history within industry sectors that demand high levels of customer service is also desirable. You will have basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, strong customer service skills, advanced knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Excel, and the ability to work under pressure.
