Temporary Presentation Specialist

Our client, a global law firm based in the City, is looking for a highly experienced Presentation Specialist to join their fast-paced and dynamic team.

You will be responsible for creating professional PowerPoint presentations and Word documents, supporting a group of - and working with - overseas offices, assisting with the production of all documents, and PowerPoint presentations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Producing high-quality corporate PowerPoint presentations and Word documents
  • Meeting deadlines
  • Printing and binding presentations
  • Supporting the overseas office.

Person Specification:

  • Someone who can prioritise their workload
  • Advanced in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Professional and good communication skills
  • A highly confidential approach to all information and documents
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Previous experience in a similar role.
