Our client, a manufacturer of fine printed wallpapers, is looking for a Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis in Central London.
Supporting the Managing Director, your duties will include: managing her diary and travel plans, preparing and submitting expenses for the MD, responding to queries and invitations in a timely manner, undertaking research and compiling presentations and reports, organising meetings, booking meeting rooms and catering, preparing agendas and papers, minute-taking, arranging and attending events (some evenings/weekends), meeting/greeting visitors, and general administrative and office duties as required.
You will also provide support for the Management Team with organising international travel and accommodation, ad hoc research for presentations, and preparing presentations, spreadsheets, and other key documents as needed.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar Senior PA role, excellent time management and organisational skills, as well as being a good communicator.
