Temporary Personal Assistant to Creative Director - Luxury Fashion Brand - 3 Months

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Salary: £42,000 - £45,000 per annum

Working Hours: 9-5:30 Monday to Friday - Hybrid

About the Company:

An iconic luxury fashion brand based in Knightsbridge, London, is looking for an organised and enthusiastic Personal Assistant to support the Creative Director. This brand is known for its exquisite craftsmanship and timeless designs.

As the Personal Assistant to the Creative Director, you will ensure the smooth running of the Creative Director's office, handling a variety of administrative and organisational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule Management: Maintain the Creative Director's calendar, coordinate appointments, and organize meetings.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange detailed travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transport.
  • Event Planning: Assist in the planning and execution of fashion shows, launches, and other events.
  • Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Administrative Support: Prepare presentations, manage files, and handle day-to-day administrative tasks.

Skills and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in the fashion or luxury sector.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen interest in fashion and creativity.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design software is a plus.
