Our client, a boutique and friendly international supplier based near Green Park, is looking for an experienced temporary Personal Assistant to cover for a 5-week period starting on the 11th February. They are looking for a proactive, highly organised PA to support to the office and the CEO. This is an exciting time for the business and you will be involved in supporting one of the new CEOs.
You must happy to do any task given as your will be required to cover the reception. Your duties will range from international travel to diary management, meeting room management, managing the calls, office management, and formatting PowerPoint presentations.
As you will be the sole support person, you should be comfortable dealing with a wide range of tasks with previous credible experience.
In return, you will have a happy and successful team of colleagues around you and exposure in an all-encompassing role.
You must have extensive experience with international travel and PowerPoint presentations, and have supported to C-suite level.
This is a temporary position starting on Monday 11th February, so please only apply if you are immediately available!
