Our client, a large global investment manager, is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to join their team on a temporary basis, starting as soon as possible.
You will be providing senior-level support to the Global Head of Equities and a high level of administrative and secretarial support to his UK-listed teams.
Duties will include and are not limited to: diary, travel, and event management; prioritising and arranging appointments; assessing and establishing priority tasks for the Global Head of Equities; screening incoming emails in order of prioritisation; leading process for on-boarding and exiting of staff in the team; arranging timely payment of invoices; tracking payments; and taking on office administrative projects.
The ideal candidate will have had 10 years' experience in a Personal Assistant role, extensive senior leadership executive support within a corporate environment/investment management industry, and be computer literate in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and the internet.
