We are in a fabulous position to be supporting one of our global clients with the recruitment of a Temporary Payroll Coordinator to work remotely initially and then based in their amazing central London offices.
As an organisation, our client, is recognised as the world's largest funder of independent projects who work incredibly hard for justice and human rights.
You will become an interim member of their team of three Payroll Coordinators and be responsible for:
- Preparing weekly and monthly payroll
- Liaising with all levels of employees
- Collating and processing time sheets
- Responding to all payroll queries
- Processing starters/leavers, transfers, amendments, and salary calculations
- Working with HMRC regarding student loans
- Calculating holiday pay
Previous payroll experience and up-to date payroll legislation knowledge would be extremely advantageous as well as the capability to work with minimal supervision and hit the ground running. Knowledge of payroll software such as Sage and Xero would also be a huge positive.
