Job Description

A well-known London-based Love Success client is looking for a positive, proactive, and organised Personal Assistant to the CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience working in property development and construction and be able to work from the office in South West London 4-days per week.

This role is an exciting opportunity to support a formidable CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing professional/proactive administration and secretarial support to the Chief Executive Officer, which is efficient and effective.
  • Be proactive when supporting the Chief Executive Officer by managing all communications such as emails and telephone calls). 
  • Produce timely and accurately typed documents, including emails, letters, minutes/agendas, proposals, presentations, reports, and specific documents pertinent to the role.
  • Deal with internal and external enquiries accurately, promptly, and effectively.
  • Provide diary management, filing, and data management.
  • Organise meetings, book meeting rooms, and organise catering and refreshments.
  • Complete expenses following specified time scales and company formats.
  • Manage hotel bookings and flights under schedules and budgets.
  • Assist other members of the Leadership Team and Staff (generally when secretarial support is unavailable).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Have experience working as a Personal Assistant to a CEO (ideally in the Property Development/Construction Sector). 
  • Have a proactive and positive approach to work. 
  • Have experience with managing highly-confidential communications and diaries.
  • Be experienced with producing documents for Senior Members of organisations. 
  • Be organised, flexible, and able to manage your workload effectively.
  • Be personable with a detail-orientated approach.
  • Have practical communication skills (both written and verbal). 
  • Have secretarial qualifications, including accurate keyboard skills. 
  • Be proficient with all Microsoft applications. 

Salary/pay rate is dependent on experience.
