Job Description

We are delighted to be working with an industry-leading construction specialist, based in fabulous offices in Canary Wharf. They are currently seeking an Office Manager to support the business with its ambitious and swift growth plans. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and schedule management skills who will be confident in managing the operational side of the business.

The role encourages ultimate responsibility for managing all company administration. This includes but is not limited to supporting Head Office and site supervision teams with any project administration, database registrations, invoice processing, and travel arranging.

You will be driven, have strong initiative, and excellent IT software skills with a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Systems including Excel. The role requires the use and knowledge of databases; strengths in organisation, planning, and a focus on continuous improvement, efficiency, and self-development are key.
