Job Description

Are you a hard-working individual who can multitask, work towards deadlines, and help support a busy office?

Duties will include:

  • Meeting, greeting, and guest management including the provision of refreshments as required, ensuring meeting rooms are spotless and presentable
  • Transferring incoming calls to the appropriate departments and dealing with phone enquiries
  • Office supply and stationery management
  • Dealing with deliveries
  • Assisting the leadership team with office duties such as preparing presentations packs, printing, binding, laminating, and ad hoc tasks
  • Organising and co-ordinating travel schedules
  • Assuming responsibility for all mail items
  • Arranging couriers as required
  • Mark-up, formatting, and translating legal documents.


  • Ideally educated to degree level or similar
  • 2-3 years' experience supporting a team within a corporate environment
  • Previous reception/front of house experience in a corporate environment is an advantage
  • A reliable team member with a pro-active 'can-do' attitude and a strong work ethic
