Are you an immediately available Team Assistant, interested in working alongside four other Team Assistants for a brokerage and investment firm in busy central London offices? This 3-month interim role will undoubtedly provide you with a great opportunity to develop and strengthen the administrative skills you have already gained, potentially encouraging a career path into the Executive Assistant arena. Your focus here will be a team of four Directors.
In this role, you will provide comprehensive support to a team of Directors, particularly in the areas of diary management, global travel coordination, minute taking at meetings, and preparation of itineraries. Ultimately, we are looking for an excellent organiser with competent administration skills. You will have the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload, as well as the work of others.
There will also be the flexibility of working on a rota basis, encouraging a work/life balance.
