We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an Internal Recruitment Officer to join a team of five HR professionals for an interim period of 12 weeks.
Based in a busy part of Waterloo, London, you will work for a well-known not for profit organisation and manage c.6-10 new vacancies each month and provide customer-focused guidance and support to recruiting managers throughout the recruitment life-cycle. You will proactively review the content of vacancies and activate them all in UK and Ireland on an eRecruitment platform.
The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience within an in-house recruitment environment preferably from the not for profit sector. You will be a team player and be able to organise and prioritise workload always applying a customer-focused approach. Experience in using the eArcu recruitment system would be beneficial
