Temporary HR/Recruitment Officer £18phr luxury fashion brand hours are 9.30am - 6pm

One of my esteemed clients is looking for a temporary HR Officer to join their busy HR team, this is a fantastic role.

You will be assisting the team with recruitment and HR duties assisting in managing the full recruitment cycle and onboarding process.


  • Manage day-to-day employee relations, including formal processes and support
  • Offer HR advisory services to ensure best practice in staff management
  • Assist in compliance with employment laws and company policies
  • Contribute to employee well-being initiatives and projects
  • Recommend approaches for continual improvement in business objectives
  • Aid in payroll, employee life cycle, and recruitment support
  • Develop and implement HR policies and promote diversity and inclusion
  • Assist with ad hoc HR projects as needed


  • 4+ years in similar HR roles
  • Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices
  • Proficiency in analysing, interpreting, and explaining employment law
  • Proven track record in managing employee relations
  • Effective planning and organisation abilities
  • Excellent communication and mediation skills
  • Experience in payroll management
  • Resilient and adept in fast-paced environments
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in IT and HR systems, with database knowledge

Preferred experience in recruitment and selection
