Job Description

We are currently seeking a professional and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join a fast paced and creative company in the West End!

This role is an immediate start paying between £11 - £13 per hour for an on-going period. Main duties include:

HR Administration

Produce offer (Welcome) packages for all new employees and changes to existing employment contracts.

Take up references on all employees ensuring that at least one satisfactory employer reference is received for each employee. Ensure that all outstanding references are followed through.

Completed all tenancy and mortgage references for current employees.

Ensuring that effective records are kept on immigration checks, personnel files and other HR documentation.

Payroll Administration

Liaise with and develop an effective working relationship with Payroll Providers.

Complete all payroll administration for new starters, current employees and leavers for all employees as required.

Proactively ensure the accuracy and integrity of the payroll by working closely with the Payroll team.

Logging all under/overpayments and ensuring the administration is completed

Ensuring SSP1 forms are completed and sent to HR from Ceridian when necessary

Benefits Administration

Complete documentation and administration required for the Company's Pension and BUPA Schemes.

Administration and Bookings of Car Hire

Complete all aspects of Working Parents administration such as Maternity, Paternity and Parental leave.

Recruitment

To organise and deliver inductions to all new Head Office employees (Including Health & Safety Induction)

Ensure the Internal Vacancy Listing is completed for the Weekly Newsletter

Manage action requests from the recruitment email address

Prepare recruitment material for Head Office (screening, short-listing, arranging and conducting interviews and supervising testing)

Employee Relations

Providing advice to service users on general HR queries relating to terms and conditions of employment e.g. annual leave; notice periods; pay rates.

Responding to routine queries and requests from Line Managers/employees on employment and recruitment matters.

Minute taking at meetings for the HR Manager including disciplinary and grievance hearings

Preparing various letters for the HR Manager's approval.

HR Metric Reporting

Monthly Reporting of Sickness, Labour Turnover and Holidays

Maintaining Head Office Monthly Timesheet & Holiday records

Management Sickness Tracker.

Project Work

Be responsible for/take part in HR projects as appropriate as directed by the HR Manager.
