Our client, based in Barbican, is seeking a professional HR candidate who has extensive experience in Employee Relations.
A temporary role for 2-3 months, you will join to assist in all ER-related issues. For example:
- Taking notes in investigation meetings.
- Advising managers on what steps to take on grievances and disciplinary cases.
- Managing a large number of cases at one time, keeping track of progress, and logging incidents against staff files.
- Advising staff on Employment Law.
- Assisting with other HR policies such as issuing contracts, letters etc.
