Are you fluent in German (written and verbal)?
Our client, a Market Research company based in Westminster, is seeking a German-speaking individual to join their Customer Service team for a period of 2-3 months.
You will be required to communicate via online chat, social media, and email with customers. This role is 90% written-based, however you may need to communicate verbally with some customers if the issue can't be resolved via the online platform.
This is a temporary role to start immediately, working 30 hours per week and paying up to £12 per hour.
The main duties will include:
- Log incidents that customers have flagged.
- Resolve complaints by replying via online platforms.
- Provide a friendly and helpful service.
- Update internal database on surveys, complaints etc.
- Translate and proofread texts from German to English and English and German.
