Temporary Fashion Graduate or Fashion Intern with Advanced Excel

Pay: £13.85 per hour

Duration: 3 months
Location: Hybrid - 3 days in office, 2 days remote

Join a global leader in the fashion industry, known for delivering innovative and trend-setting fashion experiences. We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Buying Admin Assistant to support our Buying and Merchandising (B&M) team over a 3-month period.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Monitoring

  • Generate weekly trade reports to monitor departmental performance and stock availability
  • Create event performance reports, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Coordinate daily pricing updates and uploads, ensuring accuracy in Just In data
  • Produce Sell Thru Performance reports and work with Merchandisers to uncover actionable insights (by brand, category, and product)

Stock & Sales Management

  • Manage intake flow, ensuring timely stock delivery and adherence to SLAs
  • Assist with WSI Promo and Clearance builds
  • Maintain and update key reports such as WSSI (Weekly Stock and Sales Intake) and MFR (Markdown Funding Requirement)
  • Create daily performance reports, ensuring brand visibility compliance (especially with PID-restricted brands)

Administrative & Team Support

  • Prepare and circulate Monday trade reports and FOB reports
  • Refresh ad-hoc reports as needed by Assistant Merchandisers
  • Support stock buy planning with trend and performance analyses
  • Take ownership of business-critical reports used in strategic meetings
  • Work closely with the Merchandise Operations team and Buying Admin Assistants to support overall B&M functions

  • Strong numerical and analytical ability
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Able to prioritise tasks, multitask, and meet tight deadlines
