Job Description

This is a fabulous 3-month opportunity for a temporary Facilities/Receptionist Assistant to join a long-standing financial services client of Love Success. Based in fabulous offices, with incredible views of St Pauls, you will act as a vital support function between Reception, Facilities, and the wider business.

Daily rate - £112 - 128 per day plus holiday accrual

Hours - 8 am - 5 pm Monday to Friday

As the Facilities and Reception Support Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our client's office facilities and providing support where necessary on reception duties. This role is integral to maintaining a high standard of service delivery across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Facilities team to ensure smooth office operations
  • Manage the ordering and allocation of office supplies to support daily operations
  • Assist with mailroom activities, including collections and deliveries within the office
  • Maintain a proactive approach to office health and safety regulations
  • Support front-of-house staff to uphold a high-quality service experience for all clients and staff
  • Assist the Facilities Manager with office alterations and ad-hoc tasks, including occasional evening and weekend work
  • Report maintenance issues promptly to the on-site engineering team and follow up on resolutions
  • Utilise initiative to troubleshoot and resolve issues with facilities-owned equipment
  • Contribute effectively to ongoing facilities projects to enhance office functionality and efficiency
