Temporary Customer Services Coordinator 

£12.50phr | Starting Immediately

Birmingham | Fully-Office-Based 

One of my clients an Environmental company is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to start immediately on a temporary basis. You will be customer-focused, enjoy the interaction with people and help to provide solutions.

Your communication skills will be second to none, nothing would be too much trouble and you will do all you can to help give the best customer experience.

You will have worked in a customer services role previously for a minimum of six months.

Your role:

  • Assisting customers with registration or account creation
  • Assisting with queries day today
  • Telephone Enquiries
  • Email correspondence
  • Troubleshooting Responding to all enquiries promptly

About you:

  • You will have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • You will be an active listener
  • Click communication and a strong amount of the English language are essential
  • Strong attention to detail and knowledge of customer relationship management tools Ability to work well as part of a team or independently

You must be available to work immediately and be willing to travel to the office. You will be available on an ongoing basis. Please do not apply if you do not have the above criteria and have not worked in a customer services position prior.
