Temporary Customer Service Coordinators Luxury Fashion
£14.50 per hour | Location: Merton | Full-time: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours 830am- 5pm
Step into the world of luxury fashion! We're looking for a passionate, English speaking, French speaking, and Italian speaking Customer Service Coordinators to join our client's dynamic team on a temporary basis. You will be working with a globally admired fashion brand, supporting customers in a fast-paced, stylish environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences via email, phone, and live chat
- Assist with orders, returns, exchanges, and enquiries, ensuring every customer feels valued and heard.
- Collaborate with Warehouse, Logistics, IT, and Sales teams to maintain a seamless customer journey.
- Uphold the luxury brand's high standards, providing professional, friendly, and efficient service.
- Keep customer tickets updated and provide timely responses to all enquiries.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Italian and English or French and English or English is essential (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally within fashion, retail, or luxury brands.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Confident using digital systems to manage customer enquiries.
- A passion for fashion, attention to detail, and a flair for delivering memorable customer experiences.
