A global language services provider is looking to recruit a Complaints Administrator to join their Client Services Team for a period of 3 months.
You will join a very busy team, working remotely most of the time, and responding to client complaints via email and telephone.
With excellent communication skills, you will adapt accordingly to your audience and respond appropriately.
Previous Complaints Administration experience would be advantageous and the capability of juggling both telephone and email response is crucial.
