Job Description:
- Reviewing and validating claims that have been submitted through a pre-formatted customer-facing web-portal.
- Validating and checking claims against a pre-defined set of criteria.
- Evaluating the accuracy of claims based on a simple ruleset.
- Capturing and updating data on a system.
- Have strongly-written English communication and ability to interpret high volumes of written data.
- The ability to escalate and raise issues when rulesets cannot be applied.
- Have excellent attention to detail, whilst working in a highly transactional environment.
- The ability to work independently in a work-at-home and/or office environment.
Length of Role:
3-4 months.
Experience:
- Experience in Financial Services and/or working within a regulated industry is an advantage.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- High attention to detail and experience of working in a detailed, process-orientated environment e.g., transactional processing.
