The Candidate Experience and Assessment Team support candidates from point of application to their first day with 'Client' with a focus on delivery and excellent candidate experience.

The focus of the Assessments Specialist role will be to conduct interviews and assess all aspects of the Virtual Assessment Centre's and ensuring that every candidate feels confident and comfortable. The Assessments Specialist will also operate new innovative technology for our candidates during their Assessments.

The Role:


* Conducting high volume Virtual Assessment Centres
* Interviewing candidates
* Facilitating exercises
* Using innovative virtual assessment technology to fill graduate & intern demand
* Providing a first class candidate experience to each and every candidate
* Hosting weekly digital chat sessions to support and advise candidates scheduled to attend Assessment Centre
* Working with the Assessment Centre Co-ordinator to sourcing interviewers
* Guiding and advising junior recruiters who are supporting Assessment Centres
* Writing feedback reports and providing verbal feedback to candidates when requested
* Keeping up to date in changes in business requirements and communicating to the Assessment Support team when required
* Ensuring high standards are met during the Assessment process and providing feedback to the line manager
Communication and Working Relationships
* Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Point of contact for candidate queries

* A strong problem solver
* Interviewing (or transferrable skills)
* Attention to detail
* Ability to be resourceful and think creatively
* Ability to pick up new information and technologies quickly
* Ability to work with changing demands
