Wow; what an exciting temporary role! We are supporting one of our not for profit clients to recruit a temporary candidate for a period of 3 months, working remotely. YOU WILL NEED A VALID DBS CERTIFICATE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE.

As a Coordinator you will join an extremely busy Team as the lynchpin, working across designated department within Global Programmes. This is a diverse and dynamic role involving the smooth running of administrative functions across the Team. This will include developing, coordinating and updating key administrative, budgetary, planning, recruitment and information systems in support of divisional objectives. The opportunity will enable a temporary candidate to make the role their own; showcasing their strengths through taking responsibility and revealing initiative.

Key tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • Administration
    PA Support
  • Team Support
  • Finance: To support the processing of invoices and respond to queries from department and finance colleagues as necessary.
  • People & HR: To support divisional or departmental HR processes through data collection and database management of mandatory tasks and training, providing SME support to people managers leading recruitment for their teams, and coordinating induction processes for utilisation by people managers for new staff. May provide more direct support to recruitment processes led by Directors.
  • Internal Communication: To act as the initial point of contact for internal enquiries and requests for information about the work of the department, to triage or respond to ad hoc queries and to update information on the website, Sharepoint and email lists. May work with others on coordinating and producing departmental or divisional level communications such as newsletters.

The successful Temporary candidate will have a valid DBS CERTIFICATE, a high level of computer literacy (MS Office) and possess excellent relationship-building skills including the ability to tailor communication methods according to audience.

This role requires an immediate start. A Laptop will be provided for home working purposes.
