Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for a part-time role ?
Our client, an organisation based in the heart of Liverpool Street, are seeking a professional temp to join their Accounts team on a temporary basis for 6-8 weeks.
This is will working 22.5 hours per week (spread across 3 days).
You must have Accounts experience and able to start immediately.
The main duties will include:
- Prepare accurate and timely payments for all invoices/expenses that are received.
- Prepare monthly 'audit reports' to check a sample of vendors to make sure their invoice postings are correct.
- Maintain and develop the invoice/expense register and the expense claim form.
- Process the monthly credit card statements and post the costs in to the general ledger.
- Maintain the expense claim form to ensure that it is up to date.
- Check the monthly travel and post costs in to the general ledger.
- Pay the Group season ticket loans.
