Our client, a leading provider in railway infrastructure services, is looking for a Team Support Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis for 6 months (possibly longer).
Reporting to the Senior Delivery Manager, you will be providing administrative support to the Rail Systems Project.
Your main duties will be booking travel and accommodation for the projects team, filing site paperwork, recording minutes and taking notes during meetings, basic document control, assisting in formatting and preparing reports and presentations, monitoring and ordering office supplies, organising functions and meetings, diary management, archive management, and general administration and correspondence.
The ideal candidate will have previous admin/secretarial experience in a rail, construction, or engineering environment (preferably experience in Daily Site Reports, Machine Checklists, SSoW Packs, WPPs, Task Briefings, Safety Briefings, As Built Drawings, Concrete Cube Tests, and Material Conformance Reports), and excellent communication and organisational skills.
