Team Secretary - Financial membership
A small but high profile membership association in the City is urgently looking for a team secretary or team administrator with good secretarial skills to join their Policy and Committee team. Supporting a range of policymakers who have come from a financial services background, your role will be to:
- Arrange meetings both internally and externally
- Updating committee lists on the database
- Producing high-quality documentation for meetings
- Minuting meetings (compiling the notes) and following up on action points
- Updating the website
- This is a tight-knit and supportive team that will offer excellent training and long term opportunities.
- The ideal candidate will perhaps have studied a secretarial qualification and have relevant administrative experience. You will liaise with a wide range of investment professionals and will be able to get involved in other aspects of the company.
- Good written communication and attention to detail is key for this fantastic role.
